Who this is for
Demo Joe d/b/a Demo Fitness (“Coach”, “we”) provides a private 1-on-1 coaching workspace. This app is not a public marketplace. Access is by invitation or approved signup only.
Coaching relationship
The app is a tool for logging meals, workouts, Saturday check-ins, photos, and messages. It is not medical care, nutrition licensure, or a substitute for a physician. You are responsible for your own health decisions.
Accounts and photos
You must be 18+ to create an account. Progress photos you upload are visible to your coach. Do not upload anyone else’s image. We store photos in object storage when configured; do not treat the app as a public gallery.
License — no resale or clone
You are not allowed to give the app or its design to a coach, client, or entity. Doing so is subject to legal and/or financial penalties. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the product for your own coaching relationship only.
Payments
Coaching fees and shop items are collected outside the app (Cash App / Venmo / links your coach provides). Marking “I paid” notifies the coach; it is not a card charge.
Missed check-ins
Three missed Saturday check-ins in a row pauses coaching until you talk to your coach.
Termination
The coach may pause or remove access for missed check-ins, unpaid coaching, abuse, or sharing the product. You may request deletion of your account by messaging the coach.
